In this Qi Gong series, Dr. Fritz shows the first movement of the Ba Duan Jin, 8 Brocades of Silk. This is a great way to get energy! Practice in the morning to wake up or anytime throughout the day. This is a 2 minute movement called Raise Hands to Heaven and will help strengthen the San Jiao or Triple Warmer. The San Jiao if you aren't familiar has a relationship to the lymphatic system in the body which helps to elimiate toxins, boost the immune stystem and keep fluids moving.
